Return, Refund and Cancellation policy
We understand at times we are not able to serve you the best quality but you need not to worry with our convenient return possible you can anytime return us the products. Below are the details of the return policy.
The product should be returned within 10 days of your purchase.
It should be returned with original packaging.
We would be requiring your original receipt at the time of return.
If the mentioned criteria are satisfied, our executive would be collecting the product from your delivered address. Also, you can send the product back to on our main office.

Once we receive the product, our team will check the product condition and once the product clears all the standard checkpoints. Our team processes the refund request. It takes 4-5 working days for the refund amount getting deposited on the respective bank account.
Note: Refund amount would be subject to the product return condition.
We understand at times you make last minute changes in the purchasing plan. In such scenarios where customers wish to cancel the order after purchasing, below policy could be referred before canceling the order.
Cancelation request would only be considered before the product is been shipped.
Only 94% of the product amount would be returned.
The amount would be refunded after 48 hours of the cancelation request.

Depending upon the nature of the products, some products include the shipping charges. While buying the product, the final price of the product would always be flashed with the shipping charges mentioned.

Our logistic team tries to serve all the request on time. However in some cases, it may takes more than estimated time to ship the order due to late procurement of the product by the seller due to heavy demand.
All the orders are accepted on weekdays, even if the order is placed on weekend i.e. on Saturday and Sunday.

Our team will provide you a tracking number while your product is dispatched, through this you can track your package real time delivery status.
We don’t have COD services available for all the pin codes. In that case you opt for Debit/Credit Card payment mode. We would request you to check the payment mode option while placing the order to avoid further confusion.
